Q: Are my credit card number and personal information secure when ordering from your site?
A: All of your credit card and other personal information we receive when you place

we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when it is forwarded

Q: Does Brightlings Beads have a printed catalog?
A: No, we do not have a printed catalog at this time. We are continuosly adding new items to our web
store, therefore a printed catalog would become quickly out dated.
Q: Do I need a copy of my business license in order to get wholesale prices?
A: Not at all, a customer can receive the wholesale prices without sending us a copy
of their business license. However, if your business is located in North Carolina, we
will need a copy of your businesses reseller’s license so that you will not be
charged sales tax.
Q: Does Brightlings Beads have a physical storefront?
A: Brightlings Beads is an online catalog company, without
a physical store front. This, of course, means that you can shop 24 hours
a day, seven days a week from the comfort of your own home.
Q: How can I get free shipping?
A: If your order is for $25 dollars or more and shipped within the continental United
States you qualify for free shipping on your order. For this free shipping to be automatically
applied to your order, however, you must choose the FIRST CLASS SHIPPING
option when checking out.

A: Brightlings Beads has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. We will gladly
refund your purchase, or exchange items that are unopened or unaltered. For more

Q: Why are items not staying in my shopping cart?
A: Whether or not items remain in your shopping cart all has to do with “cookies.”
You must set your computer to enable cookies. Cookies are pieces of information
generated by a web server, and stored in the user’s computer, ready for future access.
If items do not remain in your shopping cart, it is probably because cookies have been disabled.
Q: Why are items not staying in my shopping cart for several days, or even weeks?
A: This also depends on the settings your computer has regarding cookies. Whatever
length of time you allow cookies to remain in your computer, that is the same amount of
time items will stay in your shopping cart.
Q: Can I telephone an order in?
A: As mentioned above, yes, we do take orders by telephone. It is preferable,
however, that - if you’re not placing a standard online order - you place your order by
email or fax.
Q: Can I pay by personal check?
A: Brightlings Beads does not accept personal checks, but you can pay with Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover, (as well as ATM cards stamped with the
Visa or MasterCard logos,) as well as by PayPal or money order.
Q: Does Brightlings Beads ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries with the exception of few. To test whether or not your
country is excluded place one item in our shopping cart and on the check out page
where you enter your address information, under "Country:" is a complete list of acceptable countries.
Q: Can I place a back order for out of stock items?
A: Though we do not accept backorders at this time, if you return to our site
periodically, you can check to see if we’ve received a previously out of stock item.
