SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders received after 2pm on Friday thru Sunday, will be treated as if received on Monday. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm EST, excluding Holidays.

We offer several shipping options designed to meet a variety of needs. All UPS shipping options include online package tracking capability. The tracking number is attached to your order when it ships (click Order Status). NOTE THAT UPS CANNOT DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX - CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER TO AVOID PROCESSING DELAYS.

USPS First Class:

First Class shipments are sent United States Postal Service (USPS). First class shipping with delivery confirmation is FREE for orders of $35 or more shipped within the continental United States. All other First Class with delivery confirmation shipments within the United States are $2.50. Postal delivery time is normally 3-10 days, but can be longer.

USPS Priority:
|
Priority Mail shipments are sent United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation price rate begins at $5.15, and increases based on your order amount. Priority mail is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. It does permit delivery to a P.O. box or to your mailbox. Postal delivery time is normally 2-3 days, but can be longer.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL:
|
Express Mail® is the USPS fastest service for time-sensitive letters, documents or merchandise. Postal delivery time is normally 1 day, but may be two days depending on your location.

*** Delivery to most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays at no extra charge.

UPS Ground: Contiguous U. S. Only. Shipping Time: 1-6 business days

3 Day Select Residential: Contiguous U. S. Only. Shipping Time: 3 business days.

2nd Day Air: Contiguous U.S. Only. Shipping Time: 2 business days.

Next Day Air: Contiguous U.S. Only Shipping Time: 1 business day.

Please note that we try to ship all Next Day Air the same day if received prior to 2pm EST, orders received after 2pm may be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be treated as if received on Monday. Saturday pickup and deliveries are an extra charge and must be specifically requested in the Comments Section of your order.

We accept international orders, but reserve the right to require payment via bank transfer, paypal or international money order.

First Class Shipping to Canada: Canada only, First Class Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95.

Global Priority Mail flat rate of $15.95. Deliverly 4-6 days. Priority handling with no insurance, no guarantees, and customer assumes risk of lost packages. Not available for orders of $200 or more, if chosen shipping will be changed UPS Expedited when processed.

UPS Expedited & Express, rate begins at $27, customer will be charged actual cost. Delivery 2-5 days. Includes insurance, tracking and guaranteed delivery time.

CUSTOMS CHARGES/IMPORT DUTIES: For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
